Work as a barista or coffee shop staff in modern Saudi Arabian coffee shops. Prepare and serve quality coffee drinks, manage customer service, and maintain a professional environment. Work hours vary based on shop needs. You need good communication skills, a neat appearance, and a friendly attitude.
Minimum SSC (Secondary School Certificate) or equivalent qualification required.
Good English proficiency and communicative skills. Must be able to interact well with customers and team members.
Good looking and well-groomed. Must maintain professional appearance and hygiene standards.
Valid Bangladeshi passport with at least 18 months validity remaining.
Police clearance certificate from local police station (thana) in Bangladesh.
Age 21-35 years old. Must be physically fit and ready for the job.
Contact us and submit your passport copy, personal details, and work experience (if any). Once selected primarily, you will need to make an initial deposit of ৳ 50,000. This deposit includes training costs and is part of the total processing fee.
After deposit payment, you will attend our professional barista training program at our training center for 15-20 days. This covers coffee preparation, customer service, and professional skills. Important Note: If you do not continue after training, we will deduct ৳ 20,000 as training cost and return the remaining deposit.
After training completion, we match you with suitable employers in Saudi Arabia based on your skills and preferences.
Once an employer selects you and confirms the job offer, we will share the exact job details and terms with you. You will then proceed to the next steps.
Complete medical tests, visa stamping, and manpower clearance from Bangladesh. All documents will be processed for your Saudi work visa. Important: Once your visa is stamped on your passport, you must clear the full remaining payment to proceed to the next step.
After full payment clearance, we will issue your one-way flight ticket to Saudi Arabia (included in the total cost). You will then begin your job as a barista with your matched employer.
